How to measure your waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, generally around the belly button. Keep one finger of space between the tape and your body.
How to measure your hips
With your feet approximately 6" apart, measure around the fullest part of your hips. This area usually corresponds to the top of your legs.

I like the material and the fit was on point. But I wish they were slightly more high rise than they are cause I did have to keep pulling them up.
They’re just regular leggings theres no built in material like other colombian leggings that help you with the booty lift and the tummy.
